OUR POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

We enforce a 12-hour cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel, please do so more than 12 hours before the class.

Cancelling within the 12-hour window before class will result in the following:

Mat: Credit lost+ 20$ penalty

CLASS PACK USERS

If you late cancel, you will lose the class from your pack. If you do not show up for class (without managing your spot), you will lose the class and will be charged a $30 penalty.

WHAT ARE LATE CANCELS?

If you cancel your spot within the 12-hour window before class, this will be classified as a late cancel. Late cancel fees will be processed within 24 hours of the late cancel.

HOW TO CANCEL

Please cancel your spot on your account, via our website or app.

WHY?

Canceling in advance gives other members the chance to sign up and organize their day with enough time to plan. It also helps our small business operate smoothly and allows our team to prepare the best experience for you.

And at MuseBody, the experience is an energy exchange—when the room is full, the collective energy makes the session more fun, connected, and uplifting for everyone.

We always work with members to ensure everyone understands our policies. Please reach out to us via e-mail at info@musebodycollective.com with any questions and we will be happy to speak with you to provide answers.

NO SHOW

Failing to attend class will result in the loss of the class credit and a penalty. We appreciate you making every effort to cancel if you can’t attend, as it allows us to respect the time and commitment of our instructors, who often adjust their own schedules to be here for you.

COMMUNICATION

Please communicate all membership-related requests and account inquiries via email.
Social media is not an upheld form of communication for these types of questions, and we are unable to address them in the studio.

We are a small team and do not respond to emails over the weekend unless the matter is urgent. Please allow 2–3 business days for a reply, though we always make an effort to respond as promptly as possible.

If you prefer to speak with someone directly, we’re happy to schedule a call so we can give you our full, undivided attention and support.

ARRIVING LATE

Please arrive on time for class, as we are unable to accept late entries.
For the safety and comfort of our community, our teachers are required to remain fully focused on the room and begin building the energy of the session from the very first moment. To protect this flow, our doors lock from the outside once class begins.

Because of this, we’re unable to let late friends slip in—thank you for understanding and honoring this boundary.

If you’re new to MuseBody, we encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can welcome you and help you settle in with ease.

Your presence and punctuality help us create the elevated, connected MuseBody experience we’re known for.

FAQ

DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT?

For mat classes, you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
We do not require it, and studio mats are available for you to use. If you choose to bring your own, we kindly ask that you place the unused studio mat in the designated mat storage area to keep the room organized and flowing.

We do require all members to bring a full-sized sweat towel—even if you bring your own mat—for both safety and sanitary purposes. If you forget your towel, you can purchase one in our studio lobby through your MuseBody app.

CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I’M PREGNANT?

If you are pregnant, medical clearance from your doctor is required in order to participate in any sessions.

Healthcare authorities, including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), generally recommend that pregnant women avoid "hot" fitness classes, such as hot yoga or hot Pilates. The primary concern is the risk of maternal overheating (hyperthermia), which has been linked to an increased risk of neural tube defects and other developmental complications, particularly during the first trimester.

There is currently limited research on the effects of Red Light / Near Infrared Light Therapy during pregnancy.

Ultimately, the decision to attend is entirely yours. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor, as we are not medical professionals and cannot provide individualized medical advice.

WHAT IF I’M NEW TO WORKING OUT?

We’re honored you’re starting your journey with us! Since driving REAL results is the goal, our workouts are HARD. If you’re new to our studio, We encourage modification in line with the movements and format that our instructors are teaching to keep the energy in the room unified, and all bodies safe from collision. Each movement can be adapted to decrease intensity(removing bands/ weights/ depth of movement) and we encourage you to do your best to focus on form first.

If movement is new to you, give us a heads-up, and our instructors will ensure you’re set up for success. Our “Introductory Offer for New Clients” is generally a great place to start. Need recommendations? Send us an email at info@musebodycollective.com.

HOW DO I BOOK AND MANAGE CLASSES?
